Project: Launched in June 2020, The Chamber’s podcast was a project years in the making. Partnering with a local radio station and Chamber partner granted easy access to a studio already equipped to record — as well as production and distribution. I worked closely with the station’s general manager to figure out a process and handled the planning on our end. To start, we talked with staff, volunteers and members to make sure we had a solid framework, could fulfill a need and offer value. This formed the launch plan, consisting of picking a name, writing a description, recording jingles, securing guests, setting a schedule, building all marketing materials, and making the documentation needed to get started. Since the show launched, I led all production, including selecting topics, coordinating guest scheduling, formulating outlines, and posting and promoting each episode.
